Balance and Symmetry

 From different angle each both  of the circles are still symmetical and both appear round. This photo is also balanced because of the way that the statue is put and as well as how the photo is taken.

 This pciture is taken directly down the center so that you can see how balanced it is as well as equally the same,

From left or right the picture is the mostly the same from the benches inside and the exact the same.

I would say that this picture is balanced because of the birds on the grass. The one on the left head is up and the one of the right's head is down but where the right bird is higher up on the page then the left one. So it balances the picture out more than if they were side by side.
